Founder-led by Shreejana, who sets the Rooted Legacy Care standard and remains closely involved in every client experience.
We operate as a finite collective of postpartum doulas and newborn care specialists. Every provider is mentored, vetted, and trained to Rooted Legacy Care standards so your care feels seamless, consistent, and deeply respectful.

Postpartum + Newborn Stewardship (Day + Overnight Care)
Continuous, in-home support from a Rooted Legacy Care postpartum doula or newborn care specialist. We tend to your baby, your environment, and your basic needs so you can rest, heal, and bond. Care is available during the day, overnight, or a blend of both, matched to your family’s rhythms.
Lactation Consultation
Calm, practical support for feeding—whether breast, bottle, or a mix. We help you understand latch, positioning, pumping, and milk management, then adjust your plan as your baby grows.
Sleep Support
Gentle, structured guidance to build healthy sleep foundations and, when appropriate, more formal sleep training. We create a plan that honors your child’s age, your values, and your capacity, and walk beside you as you implement it.

Flexible scheduling and payment options are available for eligible care plans.
